Shipping and delivery

The shipment and delivery of the Products is intended for the territory of the Member States of the European Union. The cost is €5.90 for orders in Italy.

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Italy and the package usually arrives in 3-4 working days.

The shipment of the Products will be carried out at the address indicated by the Customer. It is understood that the Customer exonerates JAMPY from now on from any liability connected to an incorrect delivery in the case of indication of incorrect data.

For the shipment and delivery of the Products, JAMPY makes use of third-party companies. JAMPY declines all responsibility for any delays attributable to the carrier in delivering the Product to the Customer.

The Customer's notification regarding the non-delivery by the carrier of all or part of an Order must be made no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of execution of the relevant Order.

In no event shall JAMPY be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery of the Product to the Customer, caused by events or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as by way of example only: natural disasters, epidemiological risks, adverse atmospheric conditions (such as for example heavy snowfalls), any strikes (of its own or of other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions, or any other cause, similar or different.
