SHIPMENTS
As soon as your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code. With this, you can track your order at any time.
After placing your order, our warehouse prepares it for shipment. Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
It will take about 48 hours from the shipping confirmation!
All Jampy boxes leave from our warehouse in Bergamo.
Shipping costs are € 5.90. If you order for more than 50 € the delivery will be free!
Make sure to check the tracking information you received in the parcel tracking email. If not, and if your tracking information hasn't been updated in the last 5 days, write us right away at hello@getjampy.com

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your damaged or incorrect products from the moment you received your order. In this case, please provide your order number and photos to our customer service. Please note that items must be unopened.
